U Min Thein, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Kuwait, presented his Letter of Credence to His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, on 8 September 2026 at the Bayan Palace in Kuwait.
