Requirement for Business Visa
1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.
2. Duly filled one Business Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The “Visa Form” and “Work History Form” must be filled completely.
3. Business letter of Kuwaiti company expressing status of the applicant in the said organization together with company’s valid registration certificate and an invitation letter from Myanmar Business Organizations with a copy of its valid registration certificate from Myanmar Investment Commission/ Ministries concerned.
4. Copy of previous business visa. (For those who apply multiple entry business visa) Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary.
5. Copy of Civil ID or legal status in current country.
6. Incomplete applications will be rejected at the counter.
Business Visa (Single Entry) -(70) Days 15 KWD
Business Visa (Multiple Entry with 3 months validity) – 3 Months 62 KWD
Business Visa (Multiple Entry with 6 months validity) – 6 Months 122 KWD
Business Visa (Multiple Entry with 1 year validity) – 1 year 184 USD
Visa Information
• The validity of (Single Entry) is three months from the date of issue, which cannot be renewed or refunded.
• The stay for Business visa is 70 days, which is extendable.
• Multiple Journey Entry Business Visa (MJEV) validity varies from minimum 3 months to maximum 1 year from the date of issue.
• Application of Multiple Journey Entry Visa (MJEV) is considered and issued on a case by case basis at the direction of the Visa Officer. However, First time visitors for business purpose are not eligible to apply Multiple Journey Entry

Photography Guide
• The photograph must have been taken within the last six months.
• The photograph should be taken in color and must be with a white background.
• Side or angled views are Not accepted.
• Photo Size: 35 mm x 45 mm or standard photo of 2 in x 2 in
• Photo Appearance: The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
• Digital Photos: Digitally reproduced photographs must be reproduced without discernible pixels or dot patterns.
• Photocopied photographs are NOT accepted.
