DGOC Visa Forms
Requirement for Gratis Diplomatic / Official Courtesy Visa
1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.
2. Duly filled visa form with two with two photos taken within the past six months. The forms must be filled completely.
3. An Official Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affaris of the State of Kuwait or the United Nations or Concerned Ministry in the State of Kuwait and invitation letter from the Ministries concerned from Myanmar side (for officials).
4. Copy of Flight Schedule/Itinerary.
VISA Information
– The stay and validity of the GDC/GOC Visa will be issued according to the approval of concerned authority of Myanmar.

Photography Guide
• The photograph must have been taken within the last six months
• The photograph should be taken in color and must be with a white background.
• Side or angled views are Not accepted.
• Photo Size: 35 mm x 45 mm or standard photo of 2 in x 2 in
• Photo Appearance: The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
• Digital Photos: Digitally reproduced photographs must be reproduced without discernible pixels or dot patterns.
• Photo copied photographs are NOT accepted.
