Requirement for Entry Visa for Non-Diplomatic Staff and their immediate family)
1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.
2. Duly filled one Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months.
3. The Letter from the respective embassy in Yangon and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait in which it has to be mentioned whether the replacement of the staff or the additional recruitment or temporary assignment and duration of assignment.
4. The letter addressed to Myanmar Embassy indication purpose of visit and intended duration of stay in Myanmar.
5. Copy of previous entry visa. (For those who apply multiple entry business visa). Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary.
5. Copy of Civil ID or legal status in current country.

Visa Information
• The stay for Entry Visa for Non-Diplomatic Staff and their family members is exactly 28 days, only multiple entry visa is extendable.
• The validity of the Entry Visa for Non-Diplomatic Staff and their family members (Single Entry) is 3 months from the date of issue, which cannot be renewed or refunded.
• Multiple Entry Visa for Non-Diplomatic and their family members validity varies from minimum 3 months to maximum 1 year from the date of issue.
Photography Guide
• The photograph must have been taken within the last six months
• The photograph should be in color and must be taken against a white or off-white background.
• Side or angled views are Not accepted.
• Photo Size: 35 mm x 45 mm or standard photo of 2 in x 2 in
• Photo Appearance: The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
• Digital Photos: Digitally reproduced photographs must be reproduced without discernible pixels or dot patterns.
• Photocopied photographs are NOT accepted.
