Requirement for legalization at the Embassy of Myanmar in Kuwait

Original document(s) that is (are) to be legalized must be submitted together with the followings:
* Letters issued from Notary Public together with Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry’s Attestation or Original Document to be legalized contained with Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry’s Attestation
* Request letter addressed to Myanmar Embassy to legalize the document expressing following information
(1) Purpose of the legalization
(2) To whom or which organization legalization is required to submit
* A copy of ID card (s) of both Attorney (s), Appointer(s) and a recommendation letter from concerned authority expressing Attorneys and Appointer(s) role in their respective organizations and a copy of legal status of the said organizations. If the Attorney and Appointer are institutions, it is necessary to provide an original and a copy of their legal status in the respective countries. (for stance, company registration, tax payment certificate, company license) The Original registration will be returned when the process is completed. (Only for those who submit application(s) to legalize authorization or Power of Attorney)
* A copy and Original document such as company or trade mark registration or other document expressing its legal status in the State of Kuwait. (Only for those who submit application(s) to legalize declaration of ownership of trademark/patent/design/assignment/ change of name and change of address.)
* A three (3) set of copy of document(s) and the original to be legalized.
