Requirement for Transit Visa
1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.
2. Duly filled one Transit Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The “Visa Form” and “Work History Form” must be filled completely. (Neither incomplete form nor requirement is consider as incomplete application. Incomplete application is not accepted.)
3. Air ticket for a journey that will proceed forward not be retrospective.
4. Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary.
5. Incomplete application will be reject at the counter.
Photography Guide
• The photograph must have been taken within the last six months
• The photograph should be in color and must be taken against a white or off-white background.
• Side or angled views are Not accepted.
• Photo Size: The photo for each visa applicant submitted must measure: 35 mm x 45 mm or standard photo of 2 in x 2 in
• Photo Appearance: The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
• Digital Photos: Digitally reproduced photographs must be reproduced without discernible pixels or dot patterns.
• Photo copied photographs are NOT accepted.
